This is a super quick and easy recipe for when you just need a dip and something crunchy. Plain corn chips and carrot sticks are a great healthy option.

Ingredients
- 2 (425g) cans chickpeas, drained and reserve juice
- 1medium clove of garlic
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 tsp celtic salt
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp olive oil
- I like to mix it up a bit by adding other spices too.
Instructions
- Leave chickpea juice aside and blend all other ingredients in your blender or Thermomix. Thermomix: Speed 6 for 20 seconds
- Add just a little chickpea juice and mix to make the right consistency.
- Serve with your favourite chips, crackers or carrot sticks.
