LorAnn Maple Flavour – a little goes a long way!
LorAnn’s super strength flavours (also known as candy oils or flavouring oils) are three to four times the strength of water or alcohol-based flavourings or “extracts”.
Use Maple Flavour Candy Oil In: fondants, frostings, fudges, cakes, cookies, brownies, sweet breads. Try it in yogurt and homemade ice cream.
Contains no vegetable oils
Note: When substituting these flavours for extracts, use ¼ to ½ teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract.

The most concentrated type of flavouring by LorAnn. These intense and exceptionally versatile flavours are all appropriate for the higher temperature demands of hard candy making but can also be used to flavour just about anything! Although often referred to as flavouring “oils”, they do not contain vegetable oil. Many of these flavours are natural essential oils derived from the peel, flower or leaf of plants.
LorAnn Super Strength Flavours and Essential Oils are 3X to 4X stronger than typical alcohol-based extracts.
Use LorAnn Super Strength Flavours in:
- Most flavours are appropriate in chocolates – think Skinny Chocolate
- All baked goods such as cakes, cookies, muffins, frosting and fondant (use 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon per 1 cup butter or fat)
- Ice cream & frozen dairy & yoghurt
