  • 75g sugar-free dark chocolate melts or 85% dark chocolate like Lindt
  • 125ml double cream
  • 2 tsp instant coffee powder dissolved in 2 tbs water (optional)
  • 2-4 tsp Super Sweet Blend
  1. Place the chocolate into a heavy-based saucepan.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients, then place the pan over a gentle heat and let everything melt together.
  3. Once everything has melted, stir well, take off the heat and pour into a jug to serve.

  1. What can you substitute for super sweet blend?

    • Hi Jude, you can buy Natvia from any supermarket and use it in the same amounts. I find it not as sweet as Sweet Blend and not as refined in taste but until new stock arrives in my shop, it is a great substitute.
