Pour this beauty over ice cream, brownies or anything else your little heart desires.
- 75g sugar-free dark chocolate melts or 85% dark chocolate like Lindt
- 125ml double cream
- 2 tsp instant coffee powder dissolved in 2
- 2-4 tsp Super Sweet Blend
- Place the chocolate into a heavy-based saucepan.
- Add the remaining ingredients, then place the pan over a gentle heat and let everything melt together.
- Once everything has melted, stir well, take off the heat and pour into a jug to serve.
